A police source had
earlier told TheCable that the suspect would be charged with the abduction of Donatus Dunu, a pharmacist.
Olukoya Ogungbeje, Evans’ lawyer, had filed a fundamental rights enforcement suit on behalf of his client, claiming that his fundamental rights had been abused by the police.

According to the lawyer, the police had violated his client’s rights by detaining him since.

Imagine what Nigerian police told Evans.  So shameful
